While we're Flash-bashing, my biggest gripe is that text
content inside a Flash movie is locked up. You can't easily
copy and paste it, quote it, edit it etc.
In my opinion this makes Flash a regressive technology.
It's on a par with reverting to fax from email. Perhaps
worse, as you can at least annotate a fax with a pen
and then forward it on.
Of course some people might see locking up content as
a positive feature of the technology (Hi Rupert!).
