This is the part in the policy about "expanding" and "enhancing" the  
ACMA blacklist by adding not just content complained about by the  
public but also stuff from, say, the Internet Watch Foundation in the  
UK. Not new, has always been part of the ALP policy.

Talkback hosts have to cover the entire spectrum of knowledge, with  
little preparation time.

What's probably needed are interview guests who know how to hear a  
naive question, then be able to explain why that's naive and cut  
through all the technical jargon with memorable analogies.
