No.
There's a council swimming pool here that my kids go to which Maps has  
on the wrong side of the park, so the placement is about 5 km out and  
on completely the wrong road - you just wouldn't find the pool  
following Google Maps.
I moved it, but the system said that a move of greater than 1km would  
have to be 'confirmed' (IIRC)
This was 6 months ago and its still wrong.
(I haven't chased it up as its not my pool, and I have better things  
to do... :))
