If you look at the very last google return you get this:

"I just tracked the numbers down to comm insure. I made several calls 
and comm insure advised me that the calls were made from direct 
marketing companies on behalf of comminsure. So if you have comminsure 
you need to ring your bank and tell them you are being telemarketed by 
these numbers. They then notify the companies to tell them that you are 
not to be telemarketed. I hope this helps."
