I wasn't the victim, someone, I did not know, emailed me and said the message
being left was for "ICT Compliance" - when she looked for the website, it said
it was under construction...then I guess googling ended up at my ICT Governance
pages...somewhat ironic.

She has complained to the TIO....my other suggestions were ACMA and department
of fairtrading. After trying to find the company in ASIC's database.
