Apparently nearly 90% of the pre-Christmas stimulus handouts went
into paying down debt, and if that happens with these handouts they're
not going to do much for the economy either.

I would actually prefer to see all the money spent on infrastructure
rather than cash handouts - but I don't see why one senator should
get to decide which bits of infrastructure get funded!
