You made me look. But:
Must be paid for in full once you have receive your Government 
approval. This may be a around $9,000.00 to $10,000, depending on 
your homes specific needs. You are entitled to receive your money 
back at any time during the pre installation process. See terms and 
conditions.

that's a heck of an up front payment across 30 different places. I 
can understand why the company is doing this, but....
