Possibly. I'll pitch it to the editor.

Some else asked how Facebook can change the T&Cs. Well, just like with  
banks etc, they have a clause saying they can change the deal at any  
time they like. Whether that'd be enforceable is a question for a  
lawyer. Bastard organisations like Facebook tend to tun their T&Cs  
into some sort of ambit claim, leaving you to prove otherwise.
