I have this functionality in my Volkswagen, as does my partner in his 
Mercedes. As far as I can tell, the only station that broadcasts the TA 
flag in Melbourne is MIX 101.1. The radio reports that it is 
traffic-enabled, but I've never actually had an interruption occur.

My VW radio even has the ability to record the previous 2 or 3 
announcements for manual playback on return to your vehicle, but these 
have never worked for me.
