Agreed. Lots of unknowns. Risk management is a really tough gig. 
Unfortunately, too many people have hubris enough to not believe the 
experts or have 'faith' in those who are far from experts. I think 
there is some cultural reason for that in times where 'faith based 
politics' is actually a real thing. Thankfully that hasn't taken hold 
so much here. But the whole climate volatility denial in favour of 
economic interests is/has been operating, which is much the same thing.
