Yes.
The line at the top giving the total search results does say 'results  
1 - 10 of about 716,000' - note the 'about'.
Mind you, quite often it changes so radically that no sensible person  
would say 'about'.
Even 'on the vague order of' wouldn't be precise enough.
'Our first guess of' would be the most accurate disclaimer I can think  
of :)
