Firstly, those that know me, would never assume I accepted anything from
the big end of town :-)

(With the exception of Practice note 17 which I though was pretty damn
suprisingly good.)

The numbers come from several sources, however In my blog I used the
Whirlpool numbers.

They are confirmed at a slightly higher percentage by the Ipoque
numbers.
