google tells me that for a search on "compatiblilty" we get:
  Results 1 - 10 of about 64,500,000 for compatiblilty

adding in the term "vic" reduces it to:
  Results 1 - 10 of about 422,000 for compatiblilty vic

and the first result is:

How funny.

I clicked and was redirected very swiftly (FF3.0.5 on KDE4.0 in Suse 11.1) to:
 www.sro.vic.gov.au/SRO/srowebsite.nsf/index1.htm

and I followed the links to the main search area:
 www.e-business.sro.vic.gov.au/eBusiness/UnclaimedMoneys/faces/searchForm.jsp

It's easy enough to use, but there is a date field box search criterion that 
is described thus:

 "(Optional) Only search for records added since (dd/mm/yyyy):
  NOTE: Date entered must be within the last 90 days"

which seems kind of odd, seeing as the calendar date selection widget cycles 
back as far as you like (at least 1999 until I got bored). No matter, since a 
search using 7th January 1999 returned a message in red letters reminding me:

"Date entered must be within the last 90 days "

The search results do not included a date, so I am unclear if that means the 
database is only up to three months, rolling, or if it's only a filter 
limitation with results going back further if left blank.

I ignored this optional option and searched on "smith" and found a bunch of 
entries.  Name, full address, $ amount and entitlement type details are 
supplied.  Though, of the various random names and results I searched on, 
entitlement type is always described as "general." 

I typed in "Loosley".
