[LINK] petition for multi-platform etax software

For mine, it's past time to outlaw platform discrimination.

Perhaps the government could even promote a locally-developed 
alternative (Red 'Roo Linux <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Flag_Linux>?).
