wow! Quite a price range, too.
check out:
Fluid Concepts and Creative Analogies
Bookworld comes in lowest, but their price attributed to Amazon for
shipping is incorrect. The US amount in Aussie dollars on the Booko
chart is $12.71, but the real price is $6.31 [approx.] Why double?
Book Depository has free worldwide shipping.
The Australian indie is the most expensive total: $10 for shipping,
$70 total. The lowest price is $31.14 from Bookworld.
Is it any wonder book buyers have had it?
Interesting that A&R gave no response. Borders and Barnes and Noble
aren't on the list at all.

Our truest response to the irrationality of the world is to paint or
sing or write, for only in such response do we find truth.
