Okay: my definitions...

Blog: with the blogger at the top of the hierarchy, with greater  
rights to determine what is said, how it is said, and how much is said.

Forum: a place where everyone has the same rights with equal  
restrictions, and no hierarchy (yes, there ARE some forums where a  
moderator prevails, but they are sooo 90s).
