When a road accident block a significant road, and hundreds of people
are delayed in going about their normal business, we have traffic
alerts on the radio so people can make alternative plans.
When we have an "internet accident" that prevents hundreds or even
tens of thousands of people going about their normal business, we
have... nothing.
I reckon there's some catching up to do here.
