I read the conditions as a heads up to the requesting party. If you 
want to resell the information, rebadge it, or present it as coming 
from you, not us, forget it. I think those are reasonable conditions.

I do think they're adding too much overhead by saying someone needs 
to ask permission to link to it. That's silly. If someone were 
putting a screen scraper or some other means of search against the 
data, that is a different issue. Perhaps it comes down to what they 
mean by 'link'.
