This has to be one of the most wishy-washy statements I've read in a long time:
from:
http://www.theage.com.au/technology/technology-news/download-pirates-to-launch-new-weapon-20090617-ch6c.html
The Department of Broadband has this month been meeting with ISPs in
an effort to "brief the [Communications] minister [Stephen Conroy],
on, possibly, how to introduce a P2P [peer-to-peer] illegal
downloading policy for those ISPs who are prepared to 'voluntarily'
agree with some yet to be decided ... 'guidelines"', Exetel CEO John
Linton
<http://johnl.blogs.exetel.com.au/index.php?/archives/2447-Impossible-Tasks-Are-The-Bane-Of-The-Pedestrian-Minded......html>revealed
on his blog.

sing or write, for only in such response do we find truth.
