Yes, the reaction from businesses is that they're not happy at having to
fork out this sum (it was originally hinted at US$100,000). On top of this,
there is the cost of running a registry to manage the new shiny TLD. If you
don't know what a registry is and show competence in operating one, you
can't buy a TLD.  Naturally, a few companies will be selling a registry
service to the buyers.
