As they say elsewhere, 'your mileage may vary'. I can think of many  
business relationships that require trust and efficiency on the part  
of third-party elements, and it's not always as clear-cut as one might  
hope.

And even when you're dealing DIRECTLY with a business, sometimes you  
have no clout at all (I refer to the mobile phone industry as a prime  
example).

As far as the ISP is concerned, the speed of any repair reflects on  
the business in every sense, and people do vote with their feet...
