Website Yelp www.yelp.com claims 5 million 'real people. real reviews' 

They say, 'Yelp is the fun and easy way to find, review and talk about 
what's great - and not so great - in your area'. And with five million
reviews, they've now been reported in the NYTimes, mainly because they
will not take down negative business reviews, asserting a balance will
be achieved over time through business review weight-of-numbers. Might
be informative, from a Soc-Science pov, to follow the fortunes of Yelp.
