Uh, I made no comment on my position, in a (possibly futile) effort to
avoid an explosion of comment on the pros and cons of uniforms. My
position is irrelevant anyway; I just want to know what legal or
regulatory framework would support a school in making wearing a uniform
is "compulsory".
