?!? I asked if anyone could provide pointers to references. I didn't ask
for official statements from anyone, and I certainly didn't mention "law

No, I don't know different, and yes I am seeking something else. I'm
seeking pointers to any kind of legal/regulatory document that would
permit a school to demand (not merely encourage) the wearing of a school
uniform.
