Stephen - only where they are not using transformers every kilometre to
isolate lightning strikes.
Therefore - the experience appears to be - underground power lines = OK
In between Transformers = OK - EG Campus or /apartment/office Building
roll-out (with qualified limitations/isolation of the electric motor
devices connected to the building grid.)
Suburbs = no.
Curiously - in small rural towns the answer appears to be = OK.

There is something there somewhere..... Possibly as an adjunct - NB all
before you flame me - yes I know the VK problems. I was merely
commenting on the potential of the technology not attemoting to address
the entire issue.
