I is though..... the other day I was getting it to talk about stuff that
I wrote in 1993..... Out dated is occassionally IN.

Actually no. I presented the concept at Nanog 10 in open session - I
think that was the Tampa Florida in May or June '97.
It just takes extreme conditions sometimes to get a business case up - A
good BP is about timing and opportunity.
