Oh here we go.  I'll go back to:

Highly Unlikely.

Even IF someone from such a party were to even remotely get a single 
seat, the chances of getting a referendum u to change the 
constitution is, well, its been tried before and failed, and it was 
tried some years ago to "republic" Australia and failed.

It's more likely that we'll have 1 Terrabit 200km Wifi before the 
Australian Constitution is changed!
