I had no trouble with it the other day, blacklists were fine too.

Today I see this:

"Wikileaks is overloaded by readers
  Our servers are currently overloaded by global interest. This is a
  regular difficulty that can only be resolved by deploying additional
  resources. If you support our mission, then show it in ... "

I'm impressed.
