Black thought for Sunday. Once an Internet censorship regime is in place,
legislation to make circumvention technology illegal will follow.
There is a sort of precedence with this idea. With the introduction of
more and more draconian penalties for copyright infringement came the
introduction of laws that prohibit devices to bypass copyright protection,
both here and in the USA, c. 2000.
