If you log in to your options page at 
<http://mailman.anu.edu.au/mailman/options/link/[your email address]>, 
then you'll find - right down the bottom of the options page - one that 
says "Avoid duplicate copies of messages?". Set that to Yes and you 
shouldn't receive messages from Link that have your address in the To: 
or Cc; field.
