[LINK] o/t red light now also speed cameras?

I know nothing of the situation in victoria but I have to say I'm surprised
this hasn't been the case already.

It just seemed logical that if you introduced red light cameras a certain
percentage of drivers would then hit the accelerator if it was marginal, so
combining a speed camera in the same unit would provide the pincer movement
required to bring the populace into submission.
