That one didn't even pass the laugh test!  The volume of Ayers Rock is 
about half a cubic kilometre.  Or half a BILLION cubic metres.  
500,000,000 versus 47,742.  It doesn't matter whether we're talking 
volume or mass, the supposed factor of 2.83 (and I just love the 
precision of two decimal places) was out by a factor of 10,000.
