It's amazingly widespread, for eg put kick in front of any youtube addy
instead of using the mozilla add-on. Would agree P2P appears inevitable

www.kickyoutube.com  and, so i'm told, one can save in almost any format
depending on their finances (hard to arrange website advertising i guess)
