[LINK] Dodgy website T&Cs (was Re: RFC: Cloud Computing)

The whole mechanism of providing a check box to tick that you've read and
agree to the T&Cs is a joke.

Contemplating a scenario where web sites being legally required to force a
user to click a check box and to press next for each and every single
clause of a T&Cs document inspires many interesting images. ;-)
