But includes an interesting link:  "The price of ebooks" which  
contains a rather unconvincing argument for why the costs of ebooks  
are the same as books.  In fact he says near the end of the article  
that the relative prices of hardbacks and paperback bear no real  
relation to their actual costs, somewhat scuttling his whole argument.
