[LINK] need assistance with a found trojan

Any linkers expert on found trojans that are in a system volume file? 
I'm out of my depth on this one. The scanner found a nasty pattern in 
a disk system volume information directory, _restore followed by a 
bunch of numbers. I've quarantined it, but am not sure what happens 
if I delete it or what. googling this particular one is getting me 
nowhere. I'm out of my depth here. Oh, I said that already.

I'm dealing with a flakey wifi connection and thought it might be a 
virus problem. So anyone with wifi understanding [and a skype 
connection for communication] also would be useful to hear from.
