www.google.com/en will give you the "International English" version.
www.google.us also works.

Google's treatment of country is something I've always hated - even with
you're logged in with an account with a language preference set, it will
still redirect you to the local country site in the local country language,
and as best as I've worked out there's no way to override that using their
"Settings" page - the only option is to specifically use either
www.google.com/en, or a country-based version such as www.google.com.au or
google.us
