There's certainly plenty of NSW coastal National Parks to choose from, but Thredbo and Perisher won't be coastal for a long time to come. 

There is a surprising correlation between that region of the coast and the Kosciuszko National Park: many winter dwellers/workers in the mountains head back to Jervis Bay and Ulladulla come summertime.
