Very few people have a complete online health record so far? There are
significant bodies of work needed before a single person to get an
integrated eHealth record. For example, large numbers of health
computer systems will need to be connected to achieve this; a
significant amount of work has been done here over the last few years
with a lot more required. Many current systems were designed with
minimal data sharing capabilities. AFAIK this work is going on about
everywhere. This is only one of the underlying pieces.
