Yes, I suggest that payment as an incentive is the key to this sort of
training. In this case the incentive is that medical personnel who pass
the course will be able to get paid by Medicare for online
consultations. Those doctors who don't do the course will not get paid.
Being able to provide online consultations could be popular with some
doctors, in terms of income and lifestyle.
