As others have already pointed out, it is a form letter.
That's entirely consistent with Labor politician responses during the last
2.5 years. The one you received is approx. version 3 of their form letter -
which of course they've had to keep changing every time their policy/'plan'
has changed.
Numerous commentators on the Whirlpool forum (huge) thread about ISP
blocking have posted copies of the various versions of the Labor form
letters and to the best of my recollection no-one posting there has
received anything else from a Labor politician in the last 2.5 years.
Some commentators even wrote a second time to the Labor politician pointing
out that the response didn't answer their questions, or address what they
said. Quite often they got back the same form letter again, or something
almost identical.
In contrast, people who've written to Liberal and Green politicians have
received non-form letter responses that actually addressed (unlike Labor
responses) questions/matters raised by the writers.
