Hi Richard and Irene,

It seems I was caught by the old "Don't write the form letter too
perfectly or people will think its a form letter" trick!

However, Googling some key fragments produces no results.  Assuming
people post these letters to Whirlpool and the like, I would have
thought that a form letter would be easy to find:

   "In 15 Western democracies - including many countries"

       Nothing.

   "Federal Labor's proposal will bring the treatment of overseas
    hosted content into line"

       4 paragraphs of my letter.

   "In the United Kingdom, ISPs representing 95"

       Nothing.

   "Labor Government welcomes the announcement that three of
    Australia's largest ISPs - Telstra, Optus and Primus"

       Nothing.
