"Severely limited" to 93% of the Australian population, under NBN Co's current plans. And fixed wireless for the next 4%, then satellite for the remaining 3%.
I should also point out that those arguing that substituting wireless for NBN Co fibre would allow people to move around are wrong. Both NBN Co's planned wireless for the 94th to 97th percentiles, and the Coalition's plan for wireless for some unspecified number of people where there ain't suitable copper for ADSL2+ or cable for HFC, are both for FIXED wireless. That is, a unit attached to the premises with an antenna pointing back at the base station.
They are building "wireless broadband", not "mobile broadband".
