[LINK] RFC: LinkedIn's Terms and Privacy Policy

I've always assumed that LinkedIn's Terms of Service and Privacy 
Policy would be much more customer-friendly than mainstream Social 
Networking Services.

 From the evaluation below, it's clear that isn't the case.

When compared against a consumer protection checklist and a privacy 
statement template, LinkedIn's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy 
are shown to be seriously wanting.
