It was about routing, not "Guardian down". For a while it was not visible, and now it's back. Word is most of Australia and parts of South-East Asia were affected. Routed were going as far as their hosting provider, prolexic.net, which is a provider of defences against DDoS attacks.
At this stage there's no word on whether their was an attack being defended against, downtime as they switched the routes, our just a random error. However the paranoid kiddies were screeching about "Australia is filtering the Guardian". Arsehats.
