Actually the origin is probably "SaferMedia" - Perry mentions in Parliament 
having attended their conference then recently. SaferMedia was previously 
named: MediaMarch > MediaWatch > National Viewers and Listeners Association 
= the extremist pro-censorship organisation founded by Mary Whitehouse in 
the early 1980s or thereabouts.
