My apology. I have corrected my the data centres presentation, now 
attributing it to AGIMO.

As KPMG was is not associated with the data centre strategy, I will need 
to find a previous report from AGIMO as a benchmark. The last AGIMO 
document I saw was the "Whole-of-Government Tele-working Policy for ICT 
Staff". This was a well thought out, if limited, document:

If the data centre policy is of a similar standard, it will be adequate.
