[LINK] Inaccessible web sites

OK, not totally inaccessible - and I know this has been done to death on 
LINK, but coming across two in short succession got me going.

Approaching <http://www.sanctuaryenergy.com.au/> with shields at 
maximum, nothing works. In such cases, I have to decide whether I'm keen 
enough on the potential of the site to drop my guard. Usually, I'm not.

For <http://heywire.abc.net.au/>, I did drop my guard. It sucked so much 
bandwidth that I gave up. It's aimed at the young, who would probably 
have all the bells and whistles enabled, but still ...
