Apart from the flash on the front page (which my flash blocker blocked)
I was able to navigate around the site. There is not much to see.

It was slow from my ANU office which has fast Internet connection.
This is odd as the web pages are mostly text with a few small static 
images. There is a lot of bizarre text buried on the pages and not 
normally visable, such as "The man with fuzzy white hair gave him 
chocolate ..." and poor formatting. A typical 433.4KB page seems to have 
about 20 kbytes of useful content. This is what the page consists of:
