[LINK] I-PADS good for Newspapers & Kogan to release $200 Android-based tablet

Catching up on last weekends hardcopy newspapers, perhaps 
this could explain the level of hype....

The advertising was sold, in part, on the proposition that the four companies would have exclusive advertising rights on the iPad for three months after launch.

There were a lot of Tablets on display at CeBIT last week. 
Though I don't think using a pen to type on a tablet will 
catch on. Another I tried, did a fairly good job of 
character recognition of my handwritten scrawl. The sales 
guy suggested that these wireless "input" tablets, combined 
with mouse pen, could be used in a classroom situation to 
save people walking upto the "blackboard"
